Al and his team renovated/upgraded our bathroom this fall/winter after the discovery of extensive water damage. We are very satisfied with our new bathroom; it is high quality in terms of aesthetics and functionality. We are especially thrilled with the shower with custom laser cut glass and the rain shower head; it feels luxurious and is amazing to use (best shower we have ever had!). Other details such as the heated floor, shower nook, LED mirror, glass shelves, etc... really heighten the room (all recommended by Al). We are very grateful that Al could organize/complete everything very quickly and safely during these difficult COVID times. Additionally, we were overseas but the entire process was smooth thanks to Al. Al went out of his way to find the best products, help us make quick decisions and had great advice/taste in design. Beyond thrilled with our recent mantel purchase! It took less than one week from the time I chose the piece to the time it was installed, including custom cutting and finishing in between. Al even came in on his day off to meet us and had the install done on my day off which was very accommodating. Will absolutely use Pacific Living again in our next house should we move.

If you’re looking for custom made, solid wood mantels or shelving, cut to your specific measurements, stained to suit your colour(s) of choice, and professionally installed, then you need look no further. From the beginning of the mantel selection process through to installation, we were impressed with their product knowledge, quality workmanship, and professionalism. I strongly recommend this business without any reservations.

I originally contacted Al for advice on a gas fireplace renovation as I toyed with the idea of doing the work myself. I soon realized that it was best left to Al and his professional contractors who did outstanding work and were very nice. Recommendations from Al and Ashley on the job were very much appreciated. From start to finish everything was handled for me and I was always kept informed about what was taking place. Renovating my old brick fireplace surround was done first in prompt time. Stacked stone was used for a more contemporary looking surround. A new gas insert was then installed and finally a natural edge mantel and granite hearth were added. I absolutely love the new look and the natural edge mantel is unique and gorgeous!I really appreciate the work Al and his team did for me. Everything was done with a high value placed on customer satisfaction with good value for the professional work done.I highly recommend Al and Pacific Living Interiors and I will be supporting them again in the future. (I'd love to get a natural edge dining room table)
