If leaving our home of 20 years wasn't emotional enough, we had to endure the roller coaster of showings and watching two prior offers fall through. The third deal made it to the home inspection, and the buyers were concerned that the minor issues the inspection revealed might be major ones.With only 36 hours between the time of the home inspection and the deadline for removing the conditions, Omnee was a life saver!I entered the repair jobs that the buyers had concerns about and, within three hours, I had quotes for all of them. When the buyers saw that the issues would be much less expensive to repair than they had thought, they removed all conditions and our house was sold. Now I can't wait to put the Omnee app to use in our new home!

I have used the Omnee app and service several times for both large projects (full en suite renovation, deck rebuild, sidewalk, back yard patio, etc.) and small ones (sprinkler system fixes, etc.). I appreciated that Omnee sourced the contractors for me, ensured that they did great work, and managed things like how I paid for the work. Every time I used Omnee, the experience was much better than the times I hired contractors on my own. For anyone who wants worry-free contract work done, I strongly recommend they use Omnee.

Finding it busy to try to get everything done myself. Omnee provided great service with drywall repair and levelling and caulking a toilet, which I dread doing. The quoting, payment,scheduling, and update photos are fantastic. All the work was completed in 5 days and started within a week.Definitely recommend!

I got my kitchen sink and cabinet replaced by Omnee. They did an excellent job, price is fair. Dave is very considering and care about what customer needs. I used the Omnee app for a recent kitchen renovation. I was able to find a contractor who installed new kitchen countertops (they also removed my old countertops). They did great work for an affordable price. The app made it convenient to communicate directly with the contractor! I will definitely be using the app again next time I need any renovation work done.
