Not a problem solver. Doesn't touch anything underneath (such as painting the frame) and could have just said so on the phone. Insists on full rockers for a tiny hole even for a body on frame truck. No advise or guidance nor pointer for some other things. When you make a suggestion into their void of customer service he says why would you do that?"... the obvious answer is "cuz I'm looking for options and you're saying anything".If anyone knows of a body shop where the answer is "oh I see
