Nope nope nope. Been two years still refuse to call me, or give me my case file. Ive been seeking other advice as to how to get my paperwork.On top of it refused to listen to the client about what they wanted done.

Stanley Law Office is the firm on the seller's side of a real estate purchase my partner and I have. Which is currently still ongoing due to lack of this firms ability to properly do their job. It is bad enough that when there is a four month delay at Land Titles, my purchase has been rejected twice now due to their incompetence. The same person who notarized the transfer of land was also the witness. Which was also missing the notary seal. This is first day stuff for any first day stuff for anyone who practices Real Estate Law.On top of this real estate closings are suppose to be at 12:00 noon. But when the documents are not correct from this lawyer/firm, I was on edge that we might not be able to take possession on that day. They did not ensure their client paid the condo fees... to which they where being credited for in the purchase!!!! 5 hours later my lawyer was able to get matters somewhat finalized and I was able to get keys and possession.So here we are, 4.5 months later and no clear title becaue Stanly Law Office does not want to properly correct their mistake. As a first time home buyer, I am incredibility disappointed and stressed over this. It's one thing to have documents rejected, but to return the Transfer of Land without the notary seal on the Dower Affidavit is just plain negligent at this point.I can not with good faith tell anyone to use this firm, I know if I sell/purchase in the future, knowing they are on the otherside will make me second guess the transaction, as it will be riddled with mistakes and lack of accountability.
