Another terrible meal from a and w South pa. Ask for mushrooms.... no mushrooms. Ask for no cheese.... cheese on everything. Milk for the kids meal... it's expired. Thanks again guys. You go to the a and w downtown and it no one steals your car you'll get the perfect meal. You go uptown and the get a terrible meal and attitude when you ask them to give you what you paid for.

The New Frozen Root beer sure is runny. He insisted that this, in fact was the Frozen Root beer. Otherwise, the food is always good.

Our grandson who is 4 years old and the boss asked if he could eat at A&W. Of course I said to him as we pulled into Prince Albert. We ordered 2 plain burgers with fries and I ordered myself a uncle burger without cheese and onion rings with a medium drink. The two male servers looked like they didn't want to be there. C'mon guys, turn that frown upside down I should have yelled at them. But I didn't...

They were out of onion rings! Burgers were just slapped together hap hazardly and sliding apart, but the root beer was good

Went to eat in this restaurant. It has gone down hill considerably. All chairs were on top of the tables and most tables were dirty still. Even the ones with chairs on them. An older lady who was a customer had to grab a spray bottle that was just randomly sitting on the condiment table and clean her own table. This place used to be so clean feeling and now it’s gone to the dogs. There was dirty trays all over the condiment table that had no napkins or ketchup replenished. The bathroom doors were held open with the floor signs stuck in them to hold them open. They no longer sell root beer floats or the seasoning salt you used to be able to buy there for yourself. It’s terrible. New owners seemed to have come in and bam the place has turned into a dive. Sad really.

There were 3 cars ahead of me when i started ordering and it took us 25 minutes in line until our turn. Then look at the fries that I received! This is not freshly cooked as what they always do! Very disappointed!

Kindly tell your night staff to behave properly with skip driver . A girl was speaking angrily and very rude. There was a girl small height from India speaking like I am begging there for free food .She treated me like a beggar . She talked to me very rudely and smash the window of drive thru .Teach them that customer satisfaction is priority of a company. I am very very disappointed. Timings (10:15 pm)
