I was a little scared to buy a used car but Options made it easy. The car was in excellent condition and Murray was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them as a place to buy a good condition used car!!Update: Had a little hiccup with the car...power steering wheel failed and so Options fixed it up...got it working properly again...at their cost...and also washed and vacuumed the car. I am really impressed with how they handled this issue...and taking responsibility for the problem with the car..even tho it is a used car. I would also like to express my appreciation at how they don't charge a documentation fee....Overall it was a great buying experience. Thankyou to Murray and all his staff at Options

I had bought a 2009 Mercedes from OA and wanted a few thing looked at before I took it home. Murray went above and beyond to make sure everything was in proper working order and that my wife and I were happy with our purchase. Great customer service, I would definitely buy from them again.
