The most disorganized company I have ever come across, managers have no clue what they are doing. Shipper/receiver is a total screw up, again no clue on proper warehousing. Not a company to work for or purchase from.

The best company to get both customized personal and/or business apparel from. Everything from their product quality to their customer service has been spot on. I personally ordered some customized polos for my company from them, then about 5months later, reached out about a custom t-shirt for a bday present for a friend. 11/12 experience both times. In an industry that involves you trusting a service enough to pay before receiving your product, New Era Grafix makes you feel confident in your order and the results are above expectations.
