Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Had my first ever facial today. Denise was awesome at explaining the process & steps involved! I left very relaxed & glowing! I will be back again Denise.

Went in for a relaxing massage today and the massage itself was nice but the receptionists talked loudly and laughed through the entire thing. Extremely unprofessional! I asked my therapist about it and was told “just depends on who’s working at the front” instead of stepping out to ask them to keep it down.For anyone looking for a relaxing experience, do not go to this location. I understand that there will always be some noise but this was over the top and they could not care less. Don’t waist your $120 at this location.

Place is always clean. Stephen G. Is a fantastic massage therapist who always finds the sore spots. He is wonderful and I will return to see him!

Recently booked a hot stone massage as a gift for someone and they made them pay after the treatment for some reason, after indicating that it was a surprise. I had called twice prior to indicate that i wanted the credit card on the account charged as i eagerly wanted to pay for it in advance, but i was told that it had to be charged after the treatment.Honestly just ruined the experience & element of surprise which is unfortunate as it is my first experience with this location.

Unfortunately after many years of going for monthly massages my wife and cancelled our membership.Over the past few years we accumulated several massages that were unused for various reasons. After talking and verifying with the staff, our card was paused ( with massage credits) until we caught up.When the time came to book our massages this location told us that they could not honour our credits because head office said that they couldn’t. My wife called them out on this because they are a franchised location. My wife who was extremely polite understood that the person she was talking to was only the receptionist and asked to talk to the owners to help resolve the issue. Several phone calls and promises from Hand and Stone and it’s obvious that the owners won’t answer our request to speak yo them. Thousands of dollars spent - unfortunately no more.

I enjoyed my massage- Himalayan Salt massage Very clean and relaxing room. RMT made the experience special, explained the process, good hand hygiene, and checked in regularly ensuring I was comfortable.

This place is very clean, the staff is friendly too. Diana is very good, she easily finds the pain points and works on it. I had appointment with another masseuse she gave me 5mins less massage for what I booked. But with Diana no issues. Good place to get massage.

Lovely place. Friendly staff. I’ve seen Peter twice for massages that were very effective. He has a different method than I’m used to. Both visits left me looser and relieved of my muscle tension. Five stars.

Absolutely loved my massage and facial. Denise did an amazing job as she made my face feel soft and hydrated. Will definitely be coming back.

Denise was incredible and took the time to explain what each step and the purpose of each product! Felt great after my facial and left with an additional recommended product. She is so knowledgable!! I will be back
