One of the technician was working inside of a residential building with no mask on amid covid19. Disobeying the city law and rude. Called the company, people taking calls were not very professional. The service quality and performance are very poor and unconvincing after seeing and experiencing them.

Sentinel performed the annual fire suppression system testing in the parking garage of our townhouse complex. They made a huge mess and got fire suppressant all over our car, tires, bike and other personal belonging. Very poor service - would not recommend.
