Walk In Clinic

Receptionist was very rude. Basically kicked me out because I said i had a sore throat and continued to announce that i was contagious. She did not listen to me at all, said no doctor would see me or do a strep test, and said that the clinic only prescribes medicine. Will never return I am very upset and embarrassed by what happened.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Dr. Youseff was fast, friendly, and the wait was 10min with 2 people in front of me.

I would have given 0 star if I could. I was suffering from chronic headaches and nausea, and the only thing doctor Nancy Yousef can come up is that perhaps I'm pregnant, without even asking me if there are any medications I am on, or further investigate into the problem. There are so many other reasons that can cause those symptoms, and being pregnant is only one of them that anyone watching soap operas can come up with too! The Rude and aggressive secretary who doesn't even let you finish your sentence to be able to comprehend what you're trying to say, before starting to repeat whatever is that she is saying aggressively! They don't even have a verification of Illness form for the most famous university in Toronto, and the secretary doesn't bother to print one out for you. She sent me back home with that headache and nausea just to print mine and bring it back to her. Then when I'm trying to tell her that please make sure there is the doctor's initials beside the boxes, they think I'm trying to cheat or something and don't give me the sick note. These people should be police officers, not working in the health sector where you need to have a minimum compassion and patience with your patients.

I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews I have been seeing Dr. Youssef for many years. I can call and see her almost right away on any occasion she is fast and to the point, she listens to my concerns and guide you in the direction you either through testing or specialists.

Two terrible experiences at this clinic. The receptionist is rude and dismissive, but even worse the doctor does not really care to find out what the issue is, she will do a super quick examination" and then tell you you're fine. Only when you push will she hesitantly send you to get tests done

WOW I have never met a ruder receptionist in my life...listen to all these 1 star reviews they are not lying. As for the doctor...I had literally coughed up blood (from being sick but NOT having a cough the whole time I was sick) and the doctor was trying to gaslight me the whole time telling me if I've been coughing for a while there might be some blood (excuse me what?) I told her several more times that I have NOT had a cough prior to this and she kept asking if I was sure? Like she was waitng for me to change my answer so it would be less work for her. she was rushing me out the door and I was there for barely 3 minutes. Some people honestly should not be in this profession it's quite sad for patients who really need medical guidance and are scared...to then get a doctor like her.

Giving this walk- in clinic one star which they do not deserve , worst Doctor ever.Am a health care worker and in the midst of this pandemic i do take of all patients inrespective of their health conditions, but i walk in here with my 3 yrs old son to be checked cus i discovered he had difficulties eating but i send out this place without the doctor checking to see what's going on,she stood 3m away and told me to go take a covid test.this is the worst treatment anyone could get from a health care worker. I was been stigmatized without any confirmation of my son having the virus.Not even his temperature was taking or his mouth to know if there was a wound or swollen.He is just a baby in pains but was refuse his rights to health even at this worst moments

i never write reviews on these things, but this doctor was the worst i have ever encountered. traveled 20 minutes on TTC to get help and she barely looked at my issue, told me i was fine, stuck a strep test down my throat leaving me shocked, gagging and crying. left me alone before i could even ask a question. left her office bawling, would NEVER recommend

One referral charges $30 after one minute assessment, just a money maker, so disappointed.

I just moved near this clinic but will not be going to it again. Dr. Youssef was very rude, not greeting me, visibly rolling her eyes, talking down to me and abruptly leaving, leaving me unsure as to whether my appointment was over because she left without warning or answering my last few questions. I wasn't a difficult patient at all and am pretty sick right now and just expected some basic, normal treatment. The woman at the front desk was very nice and so were the pharmacists next door, but there's no way I'm returning there. I'm not even sure my $65 prescription is right because she barely glanced at my problem from across the room and was dismissive of anything I said about it, even though this is a medical issue I've had a few times and been treated for successfully, and tried to tell her what worked before.
