Jag hardwood floor

I needed a quick turnaround with short notice and Jag was able to come in two days, worked long hours and got it done in two days. Anne was responsive and answered all my questions. They just completed refinishing my stairs and I couldn't be happier. Gino and Wick did an amazing job! It looks fantastic! Clean professional and helpful. Amazing job!!! The crew showed up on time and put in a long day. They were professional and did an awesome job. My floors were pretty bad after 20 years of dogs running on them. They now look brand new! I would highly recommend this company!. Job well done!

We did a major renovation of our apartment, knocked out 3 walls making rooms bigger but that caused a big problem with floors. We got 4 different appraisals and they all had a different way of fixing the gaps where walls were.It was either redo the entire room or half of it. Prices were way out of budget and then we brought Wood Flooring in! Gino and his crew were fantastic. Suggested a border to connect the rooms where the wall was, worked with our crazy schedule and came back on a day's notice (they had to come 3 times!)very clean and my floors look stunning!!So before you make your decision make sure you call JAG HARDWOOD!!!

I hired this company to do restore my hardwood floors. I booked two weeks in advance, finalized the details, price and stain colour. The owner a day before the job tried to raise the price on me, when that didnt work she text me stating the contractor will not come because the project is small. I was getting ready to sell and left me hanging after i removed everything my living and family room. She was very unprofessional on the phone, gave me no solution, just simply cancelled.

I couldn't recommend enough this company.Anne and Gino's team have been fantastic in answering questions and keeping us informed and involved along the way.We had decided last minute to refinish our 1500sqft of floors right before our move and they were able to squeeze us in and finish on time! Gino even came on the weekend to make sure it was all ready before we move in. They were friendly, personable, clearly explained the process and our options. We didn't have time to move our appliances out of the way (stove and fridge) so Gino spent extra time to sand to the edge and the completed job was seemless! I was impressed by the quality of their work given they were also the best price point (I have phoned about 7-8 other contractors). Highly highly recommend them!

They were very reasonably priced and did super fast and really good work. We had original hardwood to be refinished. Gino went above and beyond, fixing broken areas, pulling staples we missed, he did stairs, railings, even inside the closets!Would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone!We will def use them again.Thanks!

Jag hardwood did an amazing job in our house. Our home was built in 1963 and we had three rooms with the hardwood floors in terrible condition. Gino and Edwin did an amazing job. The price was great, they were very professional, very neat, and extremely thorough. The end result is three bedrooms with absolutely beautiful hardwood finishes. I would recommend these guys to anyone. We are happy customers!
