I wanted to take a minute to post a review about my experience with Roy Electric.I called on a Thursday (before the long weekend), and had my issue successfully resolved by the following Tuesday before the lunch hour.I dealt with Pierre, who wouldn't leave the site until he'd looked into the problem, made a couple of long-distance calls to resolve a few uncertainties, and stuck with it until everything was sorted out and done.Polite, friendly and I didn't keel over when the invoice arrived. I thought he was very fair in his invoicing.Without getting too carried away, I wanted to convey that I would definitely recommend Roy Electric for any electrical work in the Kingston vicinity.I'll be calling back and dealing with them without hesitation at the next opportunity. Out of all the Electrical contractors I have worked for over the years, the Roy's were a fantastic bunch! I enjoyed working along side the owners son on a number of projects in the year I spent with them. The pay was not only fair but one of the best in the region. They keep a well organized shop and fleet, and their job sites are always clean! The only way you knew they had been there was the fact that your lights were on!While not the largest company in the region I would recommend these guys first off for anyone in the area looking for an honest and reliable electrical contractor.
