Her enthusiasm and personality made the experience of buying our first home together a fun and memorable journey (she spent almost a year with us looking at homes in a tough market)! She was transparent and honest when it came to the flaws or downsides to each home we looked at. Her ability to provide us with experienced guidance allowed us to trust her judgement and intuition. Our wants and needs changed a lot throughout our search, and her knowledge and understanding of Saskatoon’s many areas and the home-buying process helped us to make smart decisions throughout the process. She took our likes and dislikes into consideration. She was honest with us about everything and so I always felt in good hands! Not only that, but she was sweet enough to get us gifts when we did close on our home and congratulate us for this exciting milestone. We recently purchased our first home through Jennifer. She has a fantastic process and walked us through all the steps, which helped us to not feel overwhelmed or panicked by the paperwork or homebuying process. It is a crazy market right now and everything moves very fast, but she didn't want us to feel pressured or go with a home that wouldn't work for us. She even took videos of a house we didnt have time to view, walked us through and sent them to us. She truly goes through everything with you which is amazing, and even followed up after the move in to see how we were doing. We just moved from the US and had a complicated house purchase. Working with Jen was fantastic! We met her during our interview and immediately liked her. We trusted her attention to detail which was helpful when we ended up touring our home virtually (because of the distance). She took a lot of time, making sure to comment on quality and finishes, so that we felt like we had a good idea of the house we were considering. After we closed, she actually helped out with some things we needed done. She really went the extra mile to help us with this house purchase and we couldn't be happier. If we ever plan to move again, we will call her first.

Jennifer helped me make my first home purchase last year. She did a great job keeping me in the loop of the entire process, which can be a bit daunting as a first time buyer. Jennifer Lutz was our realtor for the purchase of our second home in December 2021. We were tough clients - with a pretty firm timeline and a long list of must haves. Jennifer was incredibly accommodating to what we needed and understanding. She took the time to figure out what our perfect home would look like. We saw over 20 houses so she could get a great idea of our fit. She even viewed homes for us on her own she thought we might be interested in so we didn’t waste our time. In a crazy market during the pandemic we were able to find our dream home. She really made us feel like she was on our side, gave her honest opinion when we asked, and tried to draw on her experience and the experience of her mentor to help us navigate our home purchase. The most impressive part was during closing Jennifer was able to negotiate that the sellers fix an issue for us on their dime. We love our home now and are so grateful we had her to help us find this gem in a horrible buyers market. She’s a great Realator and I would recommend her to anyone.
