Scratches and swirls with one wash. Many spots still very dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.P.S. My car is brand new.

Hour and half wait for uncleaned interior in every department except the floor I guess.Can't help but coming out frustated on the result, when they seemed more concentrated on smoking their cigarettes and acting like they're working.

First of all I was greeted like if I were a Prince! Then, I went to the washroom, and it was cleaner than the washroom in my own home, I was amazed. The staff is top notch, and very polite. They really made me feel welcome! Then, I see my CR-V, shining like a white knight in Armour, they did an immaculate job. When, I sat in my car, I was overwhelmed with how perfect my interior looked, and how my car smelled fresh! I recommend this fine place, one of the best car wash services in the province by far! Thank you to everyone at Lave Auto Splash! I'll be back, and I'll definitely share my experience with friends and family! Cheers!

Well, I think they have no concept of taking care of your car, i don't think they change the soap too often, especially in winter. When a car is washed before yours, all the salt and debris from the road of that car gets stock on the sponges that they use so it gets transferred to the next car, which works as sand paper so all the swirls that you see on your car is the product of that. I have my car detail at the dealer, which was chrystal clear after a stop with these people. My car is full of scratches and swirls. It took only 1 time

There since I was born I'm pretty sure since my oldest memory we're near the area plus family member continue to live around when I left for the suburbs/north shore and I'm pretty sure I always saw it in my memory growing up.It's a pretty good car was for the couple time I happened to be in car with someone deciding to use it.5 ⭐ because of nostalgia, maybe it's more a 4 ⭐ for quality of service.I think it was as expected in a good Car Wash, but maybe experience vary with people.Plus I don't know the price of the place, which surely influence a person opinion of a place.

Went there and came back home with 2 big scratches on the hood of my car. Was going there before because they did meticulously wash the car. What I saw today was quantity over quality and I won't go anymore. I feel sorry because that place used to be my go-to. Don't tell me the scratch we were there before because they were not.
