Best service, I’ve been here multiple times and I always leave satisfied. The red velvet cake is my personal favourite, but even the cupcakes are delicious . I went in today and was given a complimentary ice coffee and it was just a wonderful time with positive energy!

Amazing cupcakes and communication! Visiting family here from out of town when we decided on a very last minute birthday “party of 3” for my kid. The response was speedy, the price point perfect and the cupcakes were definitely butter than most I’ve tasted. The perfect level of sweet that didn’t make you sick. Did I mention- the colours were simply gorgeous! Rich, vivid & inviting to be devoured. So if you know me, I rarely cake it up so when I do - butter is definitely better! Thank you for making it a success! (Apologies for the pic upload - Idefinitely need better photography skills)

Great staff, everyone is happy and friendly. I am happy to support this local business. Especially when everyone that I’ve shared their cupcakes with are always impressed.PS. Their cookies are delicious. UPDATE: came in today and tried Laura’s coffee cinnamon cake sample. My only recommendation is to add a crumble on top which will really send this one home. I love coffee cakes!!!

I was gifted a cupcake bouquet for my birthday, as a mom to 7 my children are very vocal on their opinion. They all loved the cupcakes. The cupcakes are much better than expected and my daughter who doesn’t eat sweets took one home. I decided based on that experience to order again for my daughters birthday, inclement weather had me second guessing if we were going to even get a cake, last minute decided yes, called the store and they fulfilled my order, and as always great tasting cupcakes. My take away from this is, typically we see beautiful customs cakes etc. and typically the actual cake tastes less than mediocre, however this place has cake you WANT to eat.Thanks!

The experience from ordering to pickup was seamless for me!The cupcakes were nice and moist and loved all the flavours too! The fave had to be the lemon with lemon curd filling! It left me feeling nice and fresh! And another top contender was carrot cake with the cream cheese frosting. The kitkat which is one of my most fave chocolate bars was amazing as well, with kitkat inside the cupcake too!Service was great when I placed the order by calling. They were patient with me and my few questions and even after I made the order and was about to hang up, I said “wait!” and added on the most amazing butter tarts and no fail on any part! Fantastic cupcakes and sweets. The frosting isn't overpowering and the carrot cake is soft and moist. The butter tart is also good, I love that it's cupcake size! Fantastic for people with a sweet tooth.

I ordered four different types of cupcakes, hoping to indulge in a sweet treat. Unfortunately, every single one turned out to be disgusting and inedible.The cupcakes had an off-putting taste that was hard to describe, but certainly not what I expected from a specialty cupcake shop. The foul flavor left me questioning the quality and freshness of their ingredients. It's hard for me to imagine how a dedicated cupcake establishment could produce such disappointing results.Given the poor quality of their cupcakes, I would strongly recommend potential customers to look for alternative options. There are plenty of other bakeries and dessert shops that offer a much better experience and higher quality products. I won't be returning to Cupcake Junkie.
