Best fast food. Can’t be beat. Make sure to try their signature milkshakes, personally my favorite is a combination of salted caramel and chocolate.

I love Five Guys but NOT this location.I was asked to tip for a pickup order which absurd. Pay your employees. I’ll pay a few more bucks if I have to. I’m there to pay for the food, not your employees.Also, the staff didn’t clean the grill before cooking my burgers. Look at that nasty grill and restaurant was almost empty. There is no reason to cook the meat on a dirty grill.

Bad customer service, the server entered the wrong item “grilled cheese sandwich”, instead of “veggie sandwich” that I wanted. I caught it when he printed the receipt and pointed it out to him. He kept insisting that I had selected the grilled cheese and he had not misheard me. The veggie sandwich is slightly cheaper, instead of refunding the difference to me the server tried to convince me that both are the same price. When I showed him the list price, he tried to get me to upsize my fries, then he tried to get me to go for the veggie cheese sandwich so he wouldn’t have to refund the difference. After I patiently explained that I cannot have cheese since I’m lactose intolerant, he finally got his manager to refund the difference.I don’t care about the small price difference, but I do care about the principle- if you make a mistake in taking down the order, own up and explain to the customer how you will fix it, don’t try to put it on them.This location is not well run, the peanuts were finished and not refilled even on request. There were no napkins anywhere and you needed to stop mid meal and go to the counter to get them.

The fries were also a standout, likely due to the peanut oil they use, and the portion size was generous. Although the establishment was in good shape and clean, the washrooms were in need of repair. The staff were friendly and efficient, with Andy being particularly noteworthy. The restaurant's location in a plaza just off the highway provided easy access and good parking. Overall, this was one of the better Five Guys locations I've visited, despite some minor issues.

One of the worst five guys i ever had. It used to be a top notch burger restaurant but now it's even worse than Burger king. Bread and burger was dry , cheese was KRAFTs processed cheese, drink machine have black color water instead of coca cola. Staff was having angry face like the forced to work there without PAY! Restaurant had 4* reviews, i wonder it might be fake reviews!

Wow! This visit was incredibly disappointing, and just plain bad. I've been to this location many times, but this visit was not a winner. The bun on the burger was cold, like straight from the fridge cold. But worst of all my fries were cold, like freeze my lips cold. And they barely put enough fries in the cup to reach the top. This large" fry cost me $6.39. With the cost of everything going up I'm not sure if paying $6.39 for a cup of fries is worth it. Considering I can buy a 10 lb bag of potatoes for $5"

It was my first time trying five guys. I’m someone who has gut issues so for me it’s hard to eat out without irritating my stomach or puking …Can I just say, I had the little bacon burger and nothing and I mean NOTHING happened! This never happens ever. This was the best experience and burger I have ever had. My stomach didn’t hurt at all. I still feel light and comfortable.I don’t know what or how they make their burgers but obviously it’s fresh and no harsh chemicals added!Thank you fiveguys for making such a delicious burger with no symptoms of gut irritation❤️❤️

On point. The burger was perfect and tasted great. It was so nice to actually get a burger that also looks like the advertised picture, instead of something that seems like it was put in somebody's back pocket before they went horseback riding. Although the burger is closer to a standard for taste, the fries are so much better than any regular fries. I think it's the peanut oil they use. They also give you a ton as you can see. That was the smallest size fries as well. The establishment is in good shape and clean, but they do need to get their washrooms fixed though, the good news is that the family one that was working was clean. Good job checking my COVID passport. They actually scanned my QR code. Located in a plaza just off highway, it has good parking and is easy enough to get in and out of. Andy was great, and the rest of the staff were also friendly and efficient. One of the better Five Guys I've been to. ASIDE: Hawk also had lunch right outside the window. Who would have though they would have good entertainment too.

This is the second time I have eaten a burger from this location and have gotten an upset stomach. The last time was a couple of years ago and I did not have their burgers since then. Over the past many months, I convinced myself that it might have been the lettuce that gave me an upset stomach. Decided to try again a few days ago and had a burger without lettuce. I was fine. Tried another one today, again without lettuce, and once again have an upset stomach and diarrhea. It is definitely Five Guys because I have not had anything else to eat today. These guys are either not cooking or storing (or both) their burgers properly. Buyers and eaters beware.
