Silver Lining Handywork

Used Home Stars to put out a work order for electrical/general repairs to home. Silver Lining handiwork responded quickly to ad and we set a day for a quote at 10:00. At 10:15 on the appointed date, I checked my phone, email, etc. I see a message from Silver Lining Handiwork sent from Home Stars. Employee went to wrong address in wrong city! Not a huge deal, we figured it out and he came over. Employee seemed attentive, writing down concerns as we went through the issues. Said he would provide a quote.Quote never came. Sent me another message on Home Stars several days later saying he can’t find my email or phone number! That’s basic info provided from the ad he answered in the first place. I also provided my email address and phone number during the walk through. I never heard back, except a nasty response to the review I left on Home Stars (P.S. if you go there looking for it, you won’t find it because they petitioned Home Stars to have it taken down)Can’t find my house, can’t find my email, can’t find my phone number... guaranteed this company wouldn’t find the solutions to my repair issues either. Beware of all positive reviews for this company, they could be fake or they may have threatened/petitioned clients who write honest reviews to take them down.Update 2021-01-17: Lol. See below. They’re at it again! They simply cannot stop themselves from bullying honest reviewers. If you hire this company, and they mess up your job, waste your time and flake, good luck dealing with them after the fact! Case in point, they’re calling me a liar on not one, but two websites for my real and honest experience with this company. How do you think they will treat you? If you don’t have a five star review for them, they think it is acceptable to bully you into submission. I’m writing this cautionary tale, because bullies never learn. I’ll keep updating this review because you know they will try to shame and discredit me in some other way instead of trying to make it right, or taking responsibility.

Claudia and Ricardo were wonderful to work with. We scheduled in a time that worked and Claudia confirmed the day before to ensure the repair would be done.Ricardo arrived on time and got to work, he replaced the caulking in the kitchen sink and the master bathroom. He worked quietly and diligently and got the job done, and it looked brand new.Please see pictures for before and after. Look forward to working with Silver Lining in the future!
