Called Thursday night and spoke with a young person. They were very patient and took their time to help me with a certain predicament I had with my PS5 controller. Thank you for being so sweet, patient, and understanding. You rock!

Beware. Apparently, if you exchange a game that you purchased from trading in old games, you might not be able to get full value of the game back for the exchange. I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted to exchange for something else instore.And then there's the other incident when they made a mistake by giving me a PSN gift card when I asked for a Steam gift card. I walked out the store for a minute and found out this mistake. Came back to store to ask for an exchange back to Steam card. They refused to do so even though it is their mistake. So whatever they are doing is pretty shady. I'm not even going talk anymore about how they sell opened/unwrapped games at full retail price.I recommend staying away from this store chain which is what I intend to do in the future.

I only go to the gamestop lougheed mall the people who work there are gone . Now I'm really disappointed one of the employees quit and doesn't pay enough. The management doesn't care about the employees.

Went in today to get a gift for my husband. The person working the store started to help me until the phone rang. She answered and opted to assist the person on the phone while I stood around waiting. The employee should have put the person on the phone on hold so that she could finish helping me as I was first in line. I ended up leaving the store without buying anything because I was tired of waiting. I seriously don't understand how some people can be so bad at customer service because it's not hard. Common sense should have told the employee to finish helping me before switching to help the person on the phone. Game Stop lost out on what could have been a fairly large purchase as I was also going to ask about an Xbox console along with some accessories. Easy enough to get what I was looking for online so I won't ever go back to this store.

Was here this morning to buy my wife her birthday present, store just left of the bay entrance. Huge selection of new and used games and consoles, lots of toys and action figures from video games ,shows and movies. Found what I needed last one guy working was chatty and helpful. This store quite expensive. If u have the money recommended

I love going to this place. Lots of selection for a quaint lil store and the staff are knowledgeable and enjoy helping customers. Everyone's always in a great mood and when I'm hoping to get something that's hard to find they always do their absolute best and I've never left without a smile on my face. It's my go to place for all things video gaming!
