What a great historic place to visit! Absolutely a must-see. They offer guided tours, which are very interesting. Worth a visit. I loved it.

A lovely Neo-Classical style building to visit!Free admission. Keep in mind that there are no self-guided tours, so you must take the guided tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions.

Open to the public in July and August. Free tours are offered daily. The tours are very informative and interesting. Typically spend about 30-60 minutes here. If you are lucky you may even catch a glimpse of the Lieutenant Governor!

Google has mis-identified this site, the photo shows a white mansion which is known as Fanningbank or Government House NOT Province House. The hours opened for visits are also limited to July and August and you should consult tourist info on when it is open for guide tours only. The rest of the year Government House is NOT open to the public. It is an Official residence and Office of the Lieutenant Governor of PEI.
