Great place to beat the heat but a little crowded. Love taking my grandson here. He loves it too.

Bear Creek Outdoor Pool
I love this place...been swimming here since I was a little kid. Taught my kids to swim here too. It's a large pool and has a nice diving board. The deep end is excellent. All the life guards are kind and knowledgeable. It's a great place for swimming lessons as well.

Do not go to that pool. One of the life guards never helped. when me and my friends went my friend started drowning I went to go help and I got pushed under the water and almost drowned. I was waving for help and my friends were to and the life guard was just sitting and watching and he was right there.

the waters recently have been really dirty in some parts of the pool, life guards are rude, and didnt help even a little when one of my friends almost drowned. >:/

Been coming to the outdoor pool since 2010. I enjoy swimming,and it a nice pool to go to in the Summer time. It is good thing to come here for a swim on a hot day for Summer also save your money on your pass card for the rec center for winter season. Summer comes swim outside up to Labor Day long weekend at the pool. When the pool season ends you can go back to rec center for winter to come.It's is also nice to meet people in your area when you swim at the pool. It is also close to my house only a 20 minute drive to the park and to the pool.

Bear Creek Outdoor Pool
It's a great pool. Decently large size too. I took my kids to enjoy the free swimming in summer a couple of times. The life guards on duty are really nice and are always alert and helpful.Just one concern though the womens changing rooms are really unclean and smelly the doors don't have locks on them. Showers are not working most of the times and the water is freezing so kids can't take a shower after coming out of the pool.

Wonderful place to hangout with kids... Especially in the hot days .. it is so much fun. Not crowded either
