I reserved an item on October 8th for November 2nd over the phone and was told it would be available. I arrived at 9am to pick it up and was told by the gentleman standing behind the counter they didn't have one and could not help me out. If it wasn't available I would have appreciated a call so I could make other arrangements. Useless people working the counter who have no training in customer service.
