GQ Flooring was hired by a general contractor to replace and install new flooring in my condo!Although I did not personally hire them, I will say that I found their sales rep (Carly) to be punctual, responsive, efficient and very accommodating!The flooring product is very high quality and I most importantly the installation is superb! Their install team did an absolutely fantastic job! They were very efficient, punctual, fast, and clean and tidy! Workmanship is fantastic!If I have to replace and install new flooring again, I would definitely recommend GQ Flooring!

GQ flooring is dependable and very professional. The installer did a great job to replace the bathroom flooring and finished the job in the time he indicated. Will recommend this company to my friends and relatives.

Please be cautious when dealing with this team. they put us through hell. When they first came to look at the job and gave us the estimate they appeared to be very professional and to know what they weredoing. After we gave them the job we realized there is almost no communication between their team, no one will take responsibility for most things. The coordination is close to 0. They were delayed on almost everything, they sent a different installer each time who was not told what has been done and what needs to be done on that day. They delayed dates and simply cancelled on guys a few times for reasons that did not make sense. We had to spend countless time writing emails and chasing them over phone to do the job they were supposed to do from the beginning. GQ's team has gone through changes recently. One of their main people left them and this has impacted their team significantly. Please do your due diligence and be super cautious, what you see from them on the first day before you give them the deposit is not how things will be through out the job.

I've worked with GQ on a couple of flooring replacement projects, and they've been fantastic to work with. They're professional, and the quality of the work has been great. Luke is a pleasure to deal with. Any issues that have come up have been addressed quickly, and I felt like they really went above and beyond - they far exceeded my expectations.

We used GQ Flooring in Port Coquitlam to supply and install vinyl tile for our kitchen remodel as well as to lay luxury vinyl plank flooring in the downstairs laundry room. This included leveling the floor in several spots, installation of the material and fabricating/installing transition strips where needed. Colin provided amazing service! Really professional, on time, on top of things and great follow up. Showed up when he said he would, wore a mask without ever being asked and had great suggestions for how to make things work smoothly with the other elements of our renovation. The installer Osmond (sp?) was also very good- coming up with creative solutions to get the floor as level as possible and also to patch in where our wood floor ended for a seamless look. We had one small issue with the colour of the transition strips which was immediately rectified. Would recommend them to anyone and in fact just ordered more flooring through them for our downstairs bathroom. They also have a great selection of tile and backsplash options if you're looking.

My hardwood floor was damaged by a flood. Because it was 25 years old, we went to many flooring companies but could not find the same product anymore. GQ went to great lengths to source out a supplier in Scandinavia for us and brought in the replacement floor. They have now installed it and it looks just like what we originally had. The sales lady was extremely helpful and understanding and provided great service, and the installation crew was top notch as well, very accommodating to our various needs and demands. Highly recommended.

Jonathan and the folks at GQ flooring did a great job with my flooring restoration. They were on schedule, quick and tidy. And they came back to correct minor concerns after the installation job was done. Definitely recommend them.

Very Professional and efficient. Victor and his team did a great job. Had samples ready for me to view and was able to get the right type of flooring for me. They were very flexible with my schedule as a shift worker. Thank you for your hard work.

Very Happy with the service. They showed up right on time (very rare these days), called ahead to confirm I was ready for them to arrive, they completed the work in half the time I was quoted and the completion of the work was done beautifully. They basically removed the flooring in my second bedroom, put in new flooring and cleaned up and were out the door in 3 hours! They cleaned everything up and were out the door before noon (arrived at 8:30pm) Could not have been happier with the service Thank you!
