Blind Infusion

Everything went smoothly for getting our blinds from Blind Infusion, even though our location is remote. Kristen came over and discussed options and brought samples. The blinds were installed well and on time. blind Infusion were excellent and professional to deal with. They made everything very easy for us, and I would recommend them.

I was in search of someone local who could install blinds on a few of our new windows. After reading reviews online, Kirstin from Blind Infusion came out on top. I contacted Kirstin and booked a consult. She was punctual and came fully prepared! She gave us some great suggestions and sent an email quote within hours. We agreed and ordered the blinds. They arrived within the time frame that was given and her installer Stuart, came to the house to finish the work. He was prompt, kind and very quick at the install. Kristin at Blind Infusions was great. She came to our home and helped us pick out the blinds that we wanted in our price range. She was always quick to respond, and the entire process went smoothly. We got multiple quotes, and hers was the best value in our opinion. She had lots of options. Ordering was seamless, they arrived quickly, and installation was fantastic - it took <30 mins for the blinds we chose, the installer was extremely professional, and several months later - we have no concerns at all, but rest assured knowing that the comprehensive warranty would cover any future issues. 10/10 would recommend Kristen with Blind Infusions!!

This is the second time we have used Kirsten for our blinds. I have been really happy with the quality and selection of materials. She is very professional and on time. The blinds arrived ahead of schedule in both cases. Her prices are much lower than other quotes we had. She is also an interior designer, so she had really good advice for me! I love the blinds in both houses and will not tire of them.

So happy that we stumbled on Kirstin and Blind Infusion. She was recommended to us from a commercial general contractor and provided window coverings for a commercial property. She was efficient, friendly and actually cares about the quality of customer service she provides. Her installation team is amazing as well !! Kirstin also stepped up to table when our original residential window covering provider closed their doors and chose not to offer any follow-up service and repair solutions for our Hunter Douglas coverings.
