Cory and now Crystal have been excellent. Very pleasant to talk to.Fairview is very well run. Cleanliness and Maintenance are excellent. Christine from BlackWolf has also been very easy to work with. i highly Recommend these Properties in Lethbridge.

Fairmont Views is excellent! Beautiful buildings and well-maintained! The parking lot and grounds are taken care of and exceptional. Crystal, our property manager, is super friendly and made the move-in easy and stress-free. The weekend after our move-in we had issues with one of our appliances and before we got home the next day, she had a new one installed and working properly!We are very happy with our apartment and recommend Broadstreet to everyone looking for an excellent place to call home.

I have lives here for almost 2 years now and I’m really liking it.The building is quiet and kept clean. My neighbours are great.I like having my own washer dryer.The building is very well maintained by Cam and others on the team.Whenever I have phoned for maintenance I have received a call back within a timely period.I would recommend living here.

This will be my second year renting at Fairmont Views. My son and I love our place, we feel safe, were able to bring our cats and the staff is very nice.

These apartments are so nice! I especially like that they have in-suite laundry. :) The property manager Crystal is very friendly and helpful.

Just moved in May 2020 and love it here. Very clean, friendly staff and residents. Great location. The apartments are wonderful... large spacious rooms. The kitchen is amazing. Glad I was able to get one!
