I'm a residential real estate broker, and when a possible underground oil tank was suspected after a house inspection, I reached out to D&G Enviro Group Inc. on the recommendation of a trusted and experienced colleague. Am I glad I did.They responded quickly, and clearly to my questions, and my clients' questions. They provided thorough explanations of the process they recommended, and the project manager assigned to the work was unfailingly courteous, responsive, and professional. This company was priced competitively with others who provided estimates, but there was no competition when it came to the quality of client service that D&G was able to provide. In the end, happily, after a geophysical survey and soil sampling, there was no oil tank and no soil contamination. All parties were able to move forward, reassured.Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY!!! They abuse of people’s ignorance to pull as much money as possible from them. They caused damages to our lot. They appear professional but in reality they are running a real scam business. Turned out there was no contamination in our lot yet they dug a huge surface of over 60 feet long & 15 feet wide on a hillside, where the bottom lower level was supposedly contaminated, although there was nothing to decontaminate. Plus they claimed that what they called contamination leaked farther, and wanted « immediately » to get an extra 500k on top of their 128k bill.Then they gave such a bad report that loan application got refused. They completely sabotaged us in every way they could.Later we worked with several different environmental companies to assess what happened and everything worked out with no work needed whatsoever.We lost our 64 000$ deposit payment we were told we got scammed into and never even needed to do any work since there was no oil tank at all & got sued.

D&G did a phase 1 on my building in order for us to get financing from the bank. We called a few places and everyone was unprofessional. We heard good comments about DG and the bank highly recommended them. The first person I spoke to, Ashley immediately took down all my information and sent me all the necessary documents to start the project. The workers followed my schedule and got the job done quickly. Everything worked out well, the bank approved my financing with the report.
