I have been attending the clinic for bi-weekly for allergy shots and other miscellaneous issues. The staff are really pleasant and appointments are on time. Dr S. Goher is an excellent doctor to deal with, easy to talk to and has helped me.Thanks for providing great medial service.

Service is slow, I was emailed to call back for my results, I called like 3 times right as they opened was still unable to get through, then they call back to arrange a 2:00pm video call, never got the call till an hour later from a no caller ID (I personally never answer no ID calls nor was I told she would call private) now I have to wait till Wednesday to try an schedule another appointment. It’s just a waste of peoples time.

The doctor here is good but the assistants are extremely rude. I had severe stomach infection and I was taking antibiotics. I had diarrhea and rash after taking the medication so I called and informed them and doctor suggested one other medicine. But I had more severe diarrhea and rash so I went for walk in. I explained my situation to assistances but they kept telling me that diarrhea is Covid symptom and only through phone I can connect with doctor without understanding my situation. They never allowed me to see the doctor even after explaining my situation to them

Was told I had to wear a mask by receptionists who were NOT wearing masks. When I asked for a mask they told me I had to purchase a box from the pharmacist and don’t offer any to patients even though it’s required. I explained I didn’t have any payment methods on me and was told to figure something out or I wouldn’t be provided service. When asked in the event of mask exemptions, was told they don’t accept that reasoning.Highly disappointed with the lack of respect and hypocrisy by staff who INSISTED the mask policy applied to everyone including their own employees. But not the ones who were insisting I wear a mask apparently.

Dr Race is amazing and Amani who works works the front desk is super friendly.Tip. Avoid Mondays as a walk in as they are usually busy.

Front desk staff lack etiquette and are bias. They desperately need to be trained on how to speak to patients they were very rude. I was very disgusted and appalled by the end of the conversation that I didn’t even want to see the doctor. The Pharmacy staff were very kind and attentive. I recommend seeking out other clinic’s in the area before you attend this one.

Excellent Clinic. Dr. Farag and Dr. Race are outstanding. The reception is great and the blood technician is fantastic. Overall everyone at the clinic is patient, caring and understanding. They all go above and beyond addressing your healthcare needs. The even stayed open a little later (pharmacy included) to accommodate my needs, which most clinics would not do!!

Very friendly receptionist to the doctor and the staff in between even the pharmasict is great Ive never recieved more genuine care or help. I've visited them a few times now and each time they've been wonderful. The first time I called no one answered but they actually called me back and I am so grateful they did. Dr Goher is a very nice and caring doctor. The whole clinic is very clean and respectful and the wait time is not very long at all!

Yesterday I ran out of my medication and did not realize that the pharmacy closed earlier on Saturday. I called and left a message because the medication is very important. About 2 hours after I called the pharmacist called me back and said she will drive to the pharmacy after hours so I can get my medication. There are truly amazing people and this pharmacist is one of them. I would highly recommend this place, they truly care for the community.
