We had a great experience ordering our replacement fireplace glass. They had the fairest prices, best price in town. Great friendly service and quick turnaround. They even helped us out with the gasket replacement which was impossible to find. Thank you guys for taking such good care us us!

We had ordered a custom cut smoked mirror backsplash and it looks fantastic in our kitchen. A note of thanks to Shay for personally attending to the measurement and customized cuts required. When the pieces came the fit in one of the areas of the backsplash was very tight and difficult to maneuver in place because of the cabinetry overhang. However Chris the installer managed by removing the overhang and recessed lighting which added additional time but was necessary to complete the install. Many thanks to the installers ingenuity and professionalism. Now that is customer service.

Very prompt to send someone to quote shower doors for us, fantastic. Competitive pricing but communication and follow through was atrocious! Shea was terrible and never did what he said he was going to do after talking multiple times. When finally fed up asked to speak with a manager and got the owner .. Jane? Miserable! So rude. Was told they’re too busy.Save yourself the trouble and call Vics glass! Amazing

Bought custom size glass panels for deck railing. Service was great, courteous and price was better then buying off the shelf sizing from big box stores. Prompt response for a quote request and very informative lady on what to expect from tempered glass. Delivery was on time with great service.. really recommend this local company for your custom glass and railing needs..

Called in to order two small cuts of glass for our bedroom end tables.The lady on the phone was helpful and friendly when she asked for the measurements. They called us around the same date they estimated the glass to be ready for pickup. The price was reasonable.Not our first time ordering glass at this location and won't be the last as we will continue to order more depending on our next project.

Had to get three screens re-screened. Took them in on Tuesday, promised for early next week but they were done in 3 days. Competitively priced for the job.

Service was excellent, from the initial quoting process to the final install. The install was earlier than estimated, the prices were reasonable, and the service exemplary. Shea went above and beyond to correct a minor leak in our shower glass - a service rep was back within 24 hours to correct the leak. Highly recommend Trenton Glass!

I could not be more satisfied with the service they provided, I bought a door with installation from them.First of all, fast and efficient; I missed my first appointment for installation due to work, they gladly reschedule me a couple days later, no fees! Then, the day of, I was lucky enough to be home but was getting ready to go to work (again, forgot I had my appointment that day). Well, 2.5 hours and BAM, the door was up and I still had 15 min to get to work.Second, the quality and choice selection; When I first went to consult for a new front door, the nice sale ladies point me in the right direction for what I was looking for, a nice solid door that can withstand our Canadian winters and our scorching summer temperature. As for the color, I was interested in one that the specific company was not offering in their flyers. They called them and made it happen, phenomenal customer service.Finally, the price tag; I went around to get a total of 4 quotes before heading there. Wow! they beat all of them by minimum 300$, I was in heaven. As a plus, their estimates are extremely accurate.On a final note, I never had such great service with professional customer service and technicians and I am not one to write reviews. They mad my experience as easy as it gets, if there would be a way to had more than 5 stars, I would bring that up to 10!

I took a dining table sized sheet of glass that I bought from there to get cut into smaller strips. I was there when they made the first cut and then they told me they would call me in a couple hours after they’re done cutting and polishing.I didn’t receive a call and frankly forgot about it. I called around 5 days later and was told I’d get a call back.A week passed and I called again. They said they just had to polish the glass and they’d call me back.Then they called me back a few days later and left a voicemail. When I called back they told me that the sheet of glass had broken during the cutting process and that I was told it was a risk and they can’t be held liable.This is a bold faced lie. They had already told me the cutting was done and they were polishing the glass.Crooks.Don’t buy there.

I have dealt with Trenton Glass and Window in the past, but I am most surprised by the lack of customer service I have encountered this summer. I called in August to be scheduled in for a patio door repair which Shay from TGW said he could do for us. I have called many times to be put on their schedule. Yesterday, I waited all day as Sidney told me they would be in this area and would be in later in the day. No show! I was so disappointed. I called and spoke to Jane this a.m. and was told she knew 0nothing about it and she would need to speak to Shay after lunch and basically hung up on me. I cannot believe how abrupt, bordering on rude these ladies are who answer the phone. I understand that this is a small job, but waiting 3 months and dealing with rudeness is a little disheartening. Hopefully someone will call back after lunch today.
