Open 24 hours. But have no donuts or food available at 10pm? Kinda odd. Places like this give Tim's a bad name.

Reading all these reviews. I feel sorry for the customers. The reason why you have bad service is because no one there cares and the people that do eather leave because they're sick of being the only ones who care and work harder than anyone or they decide to stop caring too because it's easier. And I know from experience that the supervisors and managers would rather fire a good worker who complains about the lazy workers than try to get the lazy ones to shape up since that would take more effort.

i had the most splendidly wonderful tim hortons experience that made feel at home! i typically dont write reviews but lucas today really went above and beyond to make my experience as enjoyable as possible!

The staff was not nice. The food was stale and tasted bad so I asked the staff to do something about it and they straight up said they can’t do anything about it. And when I couldn’t eat again I went again and asked for a refund the lady said they can’t do it because I already ate half which was not true I only took 3 bites in total and when I insisted on it again she snatched the food from my hand and said “fine you won’t this then” and then while giving refund she said “ make sure you never order this again because I won’t refund again”.

The taste is good but i ordered medium coffee and they gave me the quantity of small in a medium cup and the same goes with each 3 coffee i bought.

This tim hortons is below par due to their slow drive thru service and terrible coffee's that they make. The young workers are nice though!

Sometimes it's good, sometimes is sucks! I asked for half cream in my iced cap because I'm lactose intolerant. Whatd they do? Put DOUBLE the cream in it and wouldn't remake it! What a waste of $5. Their tim rewards points is absolutely stup!d too. You have to buy about 47 iced caps before you get one free. About 60 coffees before you get one free. Like seriously? The old way they did it was more like 10 to one free one. Come on! Stop diving your hands into peoples pockets for more and more.Update: the last 4 times I've been here they 1. Made me the wrong size and 2. DOUBLE CREAM AGAIN. I am so sick of this place!! You waste my money on garbage i cant drink!!! You owe me a good $40 in drinks because it's NEVER made right. Disgusting and most of the staff doesn't use their brains.
