Claresholm Eyecare Optometry

I went here for an exam because my prescription changed. I purchased glasses in Calgary and those glasses were shipped to me. The issue was my astigmatism changed so the company said if I provided another eye exam, they would send me updated glasses. So I went to Claresholm Eyecare Optometry since I lived in Stavely at the time and it was close by. The optometrist at Claresholm Eyecare Optometry was very nice, however, my prescription they provided was wrong. This incorrect updated prescription was sent for my new glasses so when they arrived, I couldn't use them. I said this in an email to the receptionist how frustrating this was, as not only did I pay for a new exam at their location, my new glasses were worthless. They said that they would do another exam free of charge, but that did not help my situation as I would have to purchase ANOTHER set of glasses. Was not impressed, especially because I am student without health coverage. I moved out of Stavely, so I will not be going here regardless, but if I had stayed, I would not go to Claresholm Eyecare Optometry again.

If there were more stars, I would give them. I’m so grateful to this office that it’s difficult to express! I was diagnosed with an ulcer on my eye from what looks like shingles and Dr. Anthony and Laura took care of me on a long weekend! Talk about above and beyond care. My eye was seriously in trouble. Thank you guys sooo much for all you do!
