I had a great experience at the store today. I had an emergency glass frame fix and Bob jumped all over it. The service was excellent and affordable. The minute you meet Bob you will know he will do his best work and he will not be satisfied until you are.

Back for the 3rd repair of a herringbone necklace. He wouldn't take anything for fixing it. I had been told before not to sleep with it on so was shocked that it could be fixed. Also had a ring sizing in past. Great job and he cleans them to look like new. Highly recommend him.

Bob is very responsive, polite, respectful, and nice in conversation. Great quality and workmanship. I asked to set the centre stone into the semi-mount pendant and Bob could do that for me at reasonable price. The final product looks great!I recommend this jeweler.

I was sent here by another jeweller. I wanted to replace the center stone in my 10k white gold ring with another one (both moissanite). Bob was able to do the work for a reasonable price in just a week, while preserving the shape of the original claw prongs. Ring looks like it was built around the stone, can't tell any work was done on it at all. Very happy with the result, thanks Bob!

My mother broke her Karen walker sunglasses, which are designer but not like a big brand. So the model was discontinued and we couldn’t purchase replacement parts for it.Literally no glasses store in the city could help us, they should take notes.So we took them into Michelsen and she couldn’t be happier. They were able to completely repair them using all the same original parts and they look absolutely brand new. Thank you so much!

I went in to get my husbands ring engraved and he did so, he forgot to call me for pickup the next day and was closed but willingly went back and opened for me to collect it. When I got there he said he had needed to take it down more and wouldnt accept any payment from me. Wonderful service and gentleman, will return!
