Me and my husband went into sleep country to get him a new pillow, as he has been complaining of not sleeping well. Taj was the sales person working on Monday and he was nothing but amazing and funny while being completely professional. He wouldn’t let us just buy a pillow he wanted my husband to try them out and helped him with picking the perfect one. We decided since we were there we were going to look into getting a new foam topper. Well when everything was said and done we ended up walking away with 2 NOT 1 BUT 2 new pillows one for myself and my husband AND a new mattress. We were so pleased with taj because he wouldn’t let us just buy something and leave we had to try out the foam toppers and beds we were ended up looking into, as well as trying out the pillows to make sure we would be comfortable. He even got his delivery for our new mattress for the end of this week on Friday ! So pleased with our experience at sleep country.

Went in today for a new pillow. I was assisted by Taj. He was very knowledgable, patient, and friendly. He was also impartial and did not over-sell. He ultimately led to me to the product that was suitable to my specific needs. Thanks Taj.

We had a bad experience. This review is due after 2 years experience. I can confidently give a feedback now. Product is below average for the price you are paying. You would expect a product to last longer, 5-7 years as they claim. What made it even worse is the customer service experience after, and the warranty guidelines. Make sure you read them carefully before you get fooled by hearing 5 years warranty. Tedious process, and for various unrealistic reasons your assessment is rejected and warranty doesn’t apply. We felt scammed. I recommend buying a cheaper Costco product . Much durable for half the prices. So disappointed.

Bought our first mattress and base from this location before the pandemic salesperson was excellent. Liberty made sure that we pick the right feel of our mattress and also showed us different foundation for our mattress and landed up buying mattress + adjustable base king size.Today me and my wife went by to buy new king and queen mattress for our new place in Niagara and was extremely happy to see Liberty and again very happy with her service.We will recommend this location and Liberty, kudos to Sleep Country having such great and caring salesperson.

Ajay is your go to mattress guy. Knows the ins and outs. Gave us best price for the mattress we wanted. End to end process worked like a charm.Also - folks that delivered mattress (Guri and another fellah) were helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

We met the most amazing employee here today - his name is Taj. He took us through a great experiential process and got us a really great bed and mattress for our peculiar needs. Delivery gets to us on Thursday, so we can’t say we have used the beds. But he made the shopping experience worth it. I Would let you know how the beds and mattresses work after 3 months of use.

We purchased a king size bed and a king size mattress. Taj from Sleep Country plantation Mississauga location was amazing. His knowledge about his products speaks volumes. I had to change the delivery date and it was handled professionally as well. Highly recommend this location and Taj’s services to everyone !!
