Nice outdoor pool. Warm showers and dressing rooms. Lots of grassy area for kids to run around or have a picnic. 1m and 3m diving boards. Kids can get cheap season passes. Swim club practices from 5-6 so the pool closes to the public. Swim meet on Canada.Day weekend so pool closed.

Made a reservation and visited the pool today. I was very satisfied with the COVID-19 measures they have in place. Reserved my slot & paid in advance so everything was done without contact. Waited at our designated spot and someone was with us right away to give us instructions, and check to make sure we were not sick or in contact with anyone, traveled, etc. We had the entire shower area to ourselves - they bring groups in one by one to each of the two shower areas. Our pool section was 1/5 of the main pool with a shallow end and deeper end. Each of the 5 groups was given a time in the dive tank if they wanted - my older three went while I stayed in our section with the baby. They sanitized the diving board hand rails in between each group, and were sanitizing other surfaces regularly throughout our visit. Oh, and we had a bin at the edge of the pool to store our belongings. Rules were clear and staff were very helpful. Only thing I would do different is now that I've been once I would reserve section 1 or 5 to ensure I had a ladder/stairs to make it easier to get in & out with the baby. Great job Port Moody!

This is one of my favourite outdoor pools in the area. I really like how it feels more secluded and its surrounded by trees. Very nice area and the pool itself is a good size. Always have a great time here in the summer. Good to remember that they do close from 5-6 though for lessons, but you can always grab a blanket and lay on the grass while you wait for it to open again if you wanted too.

The unpleasant part is they do not organize lane/length swimming by speed. The poorly trained staff literally says go where-ever." I have a disability which slows me down quite a bit but enjoy doing lengths/rehabbing and I get in the way of others as they put/let super fast people in my lane when there is better matches available. It makes me feel like a nuisance and takes away any enjoyment - it just turns into a stressful event. I go to Coquitlam pools often for lengths and the staff organizes lanes well including when they notice a need to swap people they get on it and it makes for comfortable swimming/exercise for everyone as much as possible. Length swimming shouldn't be just for fast able bodied people and there is easy ways to sort this. I don't get how they don't notice how frustrating it is for everyone when it is busy. Staff is friendly. Music is typically not great."
