I hired National Capital Irrigation and Hydroseeding to install a very large 11 zone irrigation system for our new home. I needed a system that would use river water and that could be fully automated to my phone. Craig came and gave a thorough and very fairly priced quote. After comparing them to the other companies I found them to be significantly better equipped to do the work. Due to the layout of our driveway our zones were complicated. (pic attached). The other companies wanted to cut our driveway, while Capital Irrigation has the proper drilling equipment to go under the driveway. They were extremely professional compared to the other bidders. Craig's team lead by Tom was outstanding. They made sure I understood every aspect of the system and took their time to perfect its operation. It has only been a week and we have already seen an immense difference in the quality of our lawn. The power savings will also be significant, this is all tracked in their app. I highly recommend Capital Irrigation and Hydroseeding. They are by far the best in this industry and we are thrilled with our results. 5 stars all the way, and to the entire team!

We received NCI's name from a neighbour on our street who was pleased with their work and since I trust their word, that was good enough to get started. Once the time came, the work itself only took a day, which was nice. The crew that came, led by Tom, was hard working and polite although there was a non-irrigation issue with the install that needed a correction on a separate day however that was taken care of and I have no concerns. The owner, Craig, was responsive (via text), fair and professional. Since this past summer when it was installed we've had zero issues and the lads came out and closed the system for the winter; their post-service has been exceptional. Overall we're happy with the work, the company and would recommend if you're looking for an irrigation project!

Craig and his team at NCI were fantastic! They showed up on time and did the work on budget! The irrigation installation team was very professional and did everything in their power to make our installation as worry free as possible. I was very impressed with this company and how professional they were. We had National Capital install a full irrigation system in July of this Year. Craig was helpful with walking us through the process and our options for implementation. All the service scheduling was executed on time. Would recommend if you are looking for irrigation.

Today, I had a service call from the owner of National Capital Irrigation. He was here to resolve a mechanical issue, a previous service call issue and an administration issue. You might say it was the perfect storm. I’m please to report that that at the end of our meeting all issues were resolved to my satisfaction.

Wonderful company to work with! They did hydroseeding for me and answered all my questions and assured me along the way before the service was done. The crew that did the work were hardworking and professional. Overall I am happy with the product and price and would recommend this company to anyone interested in their services offered.

We were looking have an in-ground irrigation system put in and contacted several companies to compare quotes. Some just gave an estimate over the phone, others left a paper on our front steps with a guestimate but Craig (owner of NCI) took the time to schedule a visit, walk around the yard with us, describe the process and system options available to us. Needless to say we loved the hands on approach and felt comfortable moving forward with NCI. Over the spring months, his office kept in touch with us about the next steps, scheduled plumbers and then system installation. The install crew showed up bright and early and worked past dinner time to make sure the system was perfect. One of their reps showed me how the app worked (it’s a breeze), he also set up the schedule to water the yard and explained why it was set up that way. A few days after the installation we noticed 2-3 spots that did not appear to be getting water from the sprinklers. I simply emailed the office who sent out a tech crew a few days later, they adjusted some sprinkler heads and solved the problem very quickly. The office was in touch when it came time to winterize the system and again the crew was on time and professional. With the owner himself being so hands & knowledgeable on it’s no wonder the entire company runs so well, I highly recommend NCI for anyone looking for a sprinkler system!

I moved into a model home in 2015 where National Capital Irrigation had already installed quite an advanced irrigation system. Craig and his crew did a great job is walking us through the system more than once, provided the proper recommendations, and able to professionally execute on all the new changes we requested in a timely fashion.Later in 2017, when we installed a pool and required major changes, we planned the timing for the team to come and work their part. Again, the timeliness, the professionalism, and great customer service were unmatched, on top of the smooth opening and closing every year.I would highly recommend Craig and his team at National Capital Irrigation. They earned our trust and respect.

This summer, I hired National Capital Irrigation to install a system on two of my properties. Craig was very professional and responsive in all my interactions with him. He was able to provide me the most competitive quotes in the city (compared to other irrigation service companies). His team was professional and respectful during the installation days. The products are of quality and the application is very user friendly, allows me to control the start/stop times of the irrigation system. I am very pleased with Craig and his team, as they have surpassed my expectations. Craig and his team are fantastic to work with. They hydroseeded our half acre lot and installed an irrigation system. Their opening and closing of the system and servicing as needed was scheduled promptly and they showed up on time! Their crews are super efficient, knowledgable, and best of all friendly.
