Mackenzie is amazing! She uses the perfect amount of pressure. She takes the time at the beginning of each appointment to ask which areas of my body are hurting and works on those areas. She offers suggestions of exercises and stretches that I can do at home. I recently had a cupping massage from her which was awesome and very relaxing. Highly recommend!
