The unit we were in was well maintained and a beautiful view from the patio. The hot tub closest to the unit was barely warmer than a swimming pool though. If you're going for lake access be sure to pick your unit carefully. Would definitely visit this place again though, very quiet and relaxing.

Very nice property. we rented a two bedroom place and the size of the place was big enough for family of four. However, i found the place very dirty. The floor wasn't clean and the toilet bowl was not scrubbed. I was expecting the place to be much cleaner especially as we are going through a pandemic COVID-19.Kids had bunk beds and we had a king bed in our room. The mattress was probably more than 10 years old and had absolutely no support. Woke up with bad back every morning. The chairs in the sitting area are old and dirty. We stayed in TL10 unit.

It was beautiful, rooms were bright and airy and spacious. Kitchen had all the gadgets we needed. We were up at Trout lake. Great view of the mountains. Took our dogs and they loved watching ducks and geese from the balcony. Close to a lot of great walking trails. Town of Vernon was down the road. Kelowna was 45 minutes drive. It was fresh, quiet (we were there Mid March).

Fantastic views!A great place to take kids and good for all ages.With lots of pools, a couple beaches, and so much more to do, boredom is not an issue. The parking can get a little hairy, but it’s not so big that walking is ever really an issue.A safe, relaxing environment where everyone is always in a pretty good mood!

Beautiful grounds and views. It didn't take long to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I especially loved the look out point near the hot tub and the fire pit on the beach.My only complaint is the excessive noise created by the heating/cooling system. There is no option to turn the circulating fan off so it's just loud 24/7. For those who like white noise like a fan, this is much louder than that. Next time I would bring ear plugs.

Still using covid as an excuse to not provide housekeeping. We told them the faucet in the kitchen was broken and they said, yes, they knew. No intention to fix. Told them when toilets are flushed a sound like a cruise ship horn sounds, and yup, they knew about that too. Pretty indifferent about guests it seems. Otherwise, lovely.

What an amazing place!! It almost feels like you have travelled to a distant land! There is so much to explore in the vicinity and the resort is so wonderfully designed. Great for dogs, great for people, great for relaxing!

Very nice resort community. 2 heated pools made the September temperatures feel like mid August. Tennis courts we used quite a bit. Beds very comfortable and condo was fully equipped with all we needed. Definitely enjoyed our week here and recommend.
