Fit Plus Femmes Gym St-Hubert
They have a very bad customer service. I have asked before doing my membership if I can cancel anytime and they said I can. I went to stop my membership for 2 months and I was told that they will not charge me but I found that they have charged me and when I called them they said I must know that I should ask for the cancellation a month ahead and that I should know this information from their facebook page. I wasn’t told that when I did the contract neither signed any document that says that.
