Pilot Coffee Roasters
Their oat milk latte is probably the best coffee I ever had. They use Oatly which is a big differentiator I guess. The minimilistic decor makes it so NEAT.

Offers good quality coffee and tasty baked goodies. They carry the Oatly oat milk brand but I honestly I didn’t find it that special. Their iced tea is a must try! Great customer service and spacious for a quick meet up with a friend or a colleague. Location is prime and accessible via public transit. I loved the water fountain. It’s a genius idea and good for the environment.

Love how oat-y the oat milk latte is! The staff are friendly and efficient. The space is sleek, minimal, and great for crowd control (especially on busy weekday mornings): in one entrance and exit out the other. Lots of seating available just outside the shop, and in the Manulife Centre. There’s also a selection of baked goods and non-caffeinated beverages.

Pilot Coffee Roasters is definitely our fave coffee. We drink this every morning. Our particular style is called Monument. It’s perfectly balanced and tasty. We order is pre-ground and use a machine for drip coffee. It’s consistent and delicious. We’ve been purchasing this coffee consistently for 2 years.

Good place for a quick coffee break in the Manulife building. Love the fresh brewed coffee at Pilot Roasters as the coffee is well balanced, with good aroma and flavour.The right amount Of acidity for my taste.It’s a good spot to stop whiles shopping and enjoying the simplicity of a good cup of coffee.

Good coffee but the take away lids don’t fit properly and I got coffee on my clothing. This happened a few times.They should also have real cups for those staying for coffee

Love the cappuccino with oat milk! And the earl gray scones have a nice hint of sweetness.I've also tried the beet latte and the peppermint latte. Great drinks when you want something a little healthier.

Wish the cortado had some effort put into it but maybe she was busy…Had good convo with other barista about newest roasts so experience is still worth the 5 stars
