Royal Hamilton Light Infantry-Veterans
A typical Legion like veterans gathering place. Doesn't look big from the outside, but it has decent size halls. Lots of tables and chairs for events. Decent food for a reasonable price. I think all these buildings were built around the same time to similar designs. They are showing their age. Washrooms are functional, but very dated and worn. Went here for a miniature wargaming convention. Its success made it a little crowded that day but we managed. Free parking in the lot and across the street. Plus more at the big box plaza just a couple of hundred metres away. I think the Vets need some funding to update their facilities.

Very friendly staff, big spacious hall (there are 3 to pick from inside which is also awesome) and big parking lot. I hosted a stag and doe here and the price of the hall rental included a bartender for the night and liquor license which was such a big help since that was 2 less things off my to do list for the event!! I will definately be hosting another event here again.

This is a good place to have parties, celebrations, etc. Its got big rooms with lots of tables and chairs. Very clean. I went there for a party so don't know prices for renting it out. I know that you have bring food & rent other stuff to come in for your party. Not much parking spaces available & can't park on street because it's a main street so that sucks. It your throwing a party or something else you should go there check it out for yourself.

The hall is a nice open concept and yet they only let you use a tiny hallway to get to it. The stag and doe was a good time but its in your best interest to fork out a little extra for your own liquor licence. The bar tender provided was not a friendly person at all, there was hair in almost all my drinks, the vodka tasted like water, and there was more tracks on her arm then Union Station has. I dont recommend this hall if you are not able to get your own booze or beverages.

My siblings and I rented this hall for our Dad’s celebration of life. Price was great! Place was great! Very large and clean! The bartender that night was so awesome! Her name is Cindy. She was so kind and easy going. It was a great space for celebrating our Dad!

It is a hall to rent but very old building has not been changed ever .. but clean and great for a banquet. I did notice there was no recycling container anywhere, so you might want to suggest or bring your own .

I attended the quarter auction on November the 7th. It was very well organized and very well run.They made sure to check for verification of vaccination as well as ID for anyone could enter and they had contact tracing as well.Is wonderful bunch of people down there in honor of all those who served and died in Dieppe.
