My experiences have always been excellent at Balance Massage, very skilled therapists. My most recent experiences have been with Karin Lefsrud. She’s caring, intuitive to the underlying issues in the body and has exceptional skill in cupping techniques. She was able to give me pain free days and help get my shoulder mobilized again. Highly recommend!

Jessica Tweed is an excellent massage therapist. I thoroughly enjoyed my 60 minute massage and I've booked in for next month already. She took care of my sore back expertly and used a pressure I liked. I would recommend her to anyone!

Karin Lefsrud is unbelievably talented and incorporates many different massage techniques from her training in various countries. She can also perform cupping which provides so much relief to the knots in my back and upper shoulders. Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking massage therapy!
