This daycare is a truly wonderful place. The staff seem to genuinely love the kids, and they help them learn so much. The centre is impeccably clean, with wonderful large rooms, lots of sunlight and the biggest, best gym available. Gelena is passionate about early childhood development and it shows - the curriculum is inspired and challenges the kids while they have fun. Our son absolutely loved his time there and we wish there could be a day care as wonderful as this one near our new home downtown.Thank you so much Step by Step!

My child attended Step by Step and I really fell in love with the centre. The staff are so kind and loving towards the children, and really focus of the developmental needs of each individual child. The centre is so clean and organized and the classrooms are very spacious for the children to move freely. I had a great experience with Step By Step and would recommend to everyone!!!

My Son loves this daycare and is thriving at Step By Step Academy. He is so excited to go to daycare every morning and asks if he can go on weekends too. It's such a relief to have found a daycare that feels like home to my child. The Step by Step Academy is amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would !The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Also, for the parents whose kids are new to daycare/school, you need not worry, for your kids will be safe and secure there. Kids who may be apprehensive at first will quickly adjust, as the staff will lovingly reassure them every day. Its such a relief for parents to know that when they drop kids off every morning-they will be well taken care of.

I would like to thank Step By Step Learning Academy for this wonderful place they have created for the kids. My daughter has been at this school since she was 18 months old. She has been flourishing and improving in all areas. It is absolutely a lovely school with great staff and professionals that care about children. Ms. Grace is always updating new activities which allows us to see what kids are doing every day!Also, I am ECE, and I saw some daycares/preschools that were run by staff without a background in education, and the difference between the two is striking. Regarding my experience in another place, I am so thrilled that I have found a daycare where I feel that my daughter is so well cared for and loved. I would 100%recommend this school.

Our toddler started going here almost 2 months back. The transition from her previous daycare to this one has been very smooth. She enjoys going to the centre everyday and we can see how much effort the teachers, director and supporting staff puts in to take care of the kids. Glad we chose Step by Step!
