Automated Media Solutions

I hired Automated Media Solutions 3 years ago for my parents who live in Oakville. Right from the beginning, they provided exceptional service. We were installing a Lutron Lighting system and they programmed the whole thing. Charles their programmer did the best he could to anticipate my parent's needs however they didn't like a couple of the settings. Charles and Kerry were super responsive and dealt with everything quickly and efficiently to make it perfect.This past year my parent's place had to be renovated again due to a tree falling on the house. Derek the owner of Automated media solution was extremely helpful in assessing the damage and ensuring that everything was brought back to where it needed to be. While we had them at my parent's place we installed a new tv and upgraded the remote controls. This was a small job for these guys, but they took amazing care of my parents and Derek just called again to make sure that we were satisfied.My husband is a GC in NYC so we have contractors in the city that we trust - I'm happy to add another to the list in Oakville!
