Great service and very friendly. Kevin always has time to answer my questions. They even tell you when they make a mistake!!(and then fix it of course). One of the best repair shops I have ever dealt with in my 4 decades of driving.

Kiwi auto has been great to deal with. They did an engine swap for us in the past, and work on our other vehicles. Recently, I brought my truck in without notice, and they were able to do a quick fix for me. They are honest, extremely competent, and affordable. Hard to find such great customer service. Thank you.

I was driving from Kelowna to Vernon when half way there, my driver side wiper blade came loose and didn't work. This was on a wet, snowy day and I needed to fix it fast. We called around looking for someone who can take a look at it and we got a hold of Kevin from Kiwi Auto. He was fully booked but told us to bring it by and he would take a look. As soon as we got there, he came out right away and fixed it for us. I offered to give him some cash but he denied it and wished us a Merry Christmas. We are incredibly grateful for Kevin.

Great shop with the best owners and staff. Service has always been thorough and they always give me good, honest feedback on the condition of my vehicle. Lukas is a great technician and I'm happy with all the work he's done on my vehicle. Kevin and Nicole are very kind and have always given me great service. Fantastic. Just fantastic. Kevin and his staff are professional and courteous. They have fair rates and communicate what is happening with your vehicle. I started using kiwi auto before I moved out of town and will continue coming into vernon to have them work on my vehicle.
