Amazing atmosphere! It has a very British + historical feel to it, with splendid pictures of the Sidney area in the past all around. The decoration and furniture if very pleasant and homey.However, I'd really advise against getting their matcha lattes (which are pricey for their size, taste, and quality - and I'm not even a regular matcha consumer). Both our drinks were full of clumps which are very bitter and horrid to get in your mouth. I had to go home and drain it through a sieve.

Been here several times, love the atmosphere and the service, always great as well as the pastries...This time I decided to try the Thai Chicken soup yesterday it was absolutely delicious so full of flavor and just the right amout of spice.. I will always make a point to visit when I am out that way..

Tried the avocado toast and drip coffee and it totally hit the spot. They have oat and other non-dairy milk which is greatly appreciated. Also prices are reasonable (hard to find these days)! Thank you Beacon! All the best.

Beacon Cafe is amazing. This is a great place to stop for breakfast or lunch or even just a coffee. They have great soups, sandwiches and other baked goods. They also serve a variety of hot and cold beverages!Furthermore, the staff is amazing and the customer service is excellent.I recently had a coffee and a BLT on sourdough. It was sublime. So delicious!

Great place for coffee, snacks, and lunch. Stopped by twice today. The first stop was for a delicious dark roast coffee. The second was for a fresh made sandwich to take to the sea shore for lunch. On nice days sit at the outside tables on the side street.

Had a beautiful stop at this full service café in Sidney. Lovely espresso, tea and baked goods. Fantastic to-the-table service after we ordered. What a café experience treat. Very relaxing.

Nice little cafe. Busy place so it takes a few minutes to get your order. So worth the wait. I had the Beacon Special. It comes on a pretzel bun, I substituted for sour dough. The flavours on the pallet was amazing. We will return

Stopped here for a quick lunch, stuff was very friendly and accommodating, when I asked to add some ham to the veggie sandwich the said” no problem, our sandwich are kade fresh to order” was very good and the multigrain bread was also amazing.Good vibes, will definitely be back.
