The food was fine. My disappointment was that I went to SC for chicken. My meal cost $18. There was plenty of food with some free appetizers. I didn't upgrade my chicken to white meat for more $$. The amount of chicken was less than 20% of my meal. That's not good when you ordered a chicken meal. I didn't want a plate full of fries, bun, perogies, and spring rolls. Never again.

Called my order in or pick up. It was ready in 15 mins. Excellent customer service on the phone an in the restaurant when I was picking it up. Food was delicious. Thanks for the great service and food.

The Manager Riad was exceptional! He came to our table because I had had a very small issue previously. He went out of his way to say hello and make us feel welcome. He provided us with MUCH MORE than was needed to make our experience a wonderful one. We will most definitely be returning as this location is out fave “GO TO” for succulent chicken and excellent sides. We went home full and happy!

I went with my family for my sons and grandfathers birthday. I could not eat meat, so I ordered the veg pot pie. It was horrible. The vegetables were crunchy. The potatoes had the texture of being frozen and then warmed (not cooked, warmed). It said sweet potato pot pie. I didn't see any sweet potatoes. It's not a favorable experience. I do not complain of my food in front of my kids, so I did not say anything.

Food was really good, service was absolutely awful. The server was cutting us off when we were speaking, forgot one of our kids entire orders and we had to wait so I had to share my meal with my son until the food came. She also took it upon herself to argue with my son about what he had ordered. My son is ADHD and very specific - he knew what he ordered. It was my birthday, 30th, and my husband was asking if I wanted dessert. She kept talking over everyone going thank you

Portion sizes have gotten a lot smaller over the years (the chicken legs were almost as small as the dinner rolls they serve). The chicken was also a bit slimey resulting in an upset stomach after later that night. Our waitress provided at best, minimal service. She maybe came by and checked on the table once but did not offer to refill the drinks until much later. The restaurant was not busy by any means, however it seemed as though she was a bit overwhelmed, as several tables of dirty dishes full of chicken bones sat there for a lengthy period after the customers left. The bathroom was not stocked with paper towel and looked like it needed a bit of a clean. I will say this was an improvement from the last time, as they threw together a random table next to the bar (celebrating a child's birthday) as they forgot our reservation.

The server wasn't attentive or particularly friendly. Slow bringing water, butter. I asked for more creamer & never got it & I only got one coffee refill which I had to ask for. The chicken pot pie had a wonderful pastry & great flavour, but a little skimpy on the chicken; the amount of chicken you get in it varies too much from packed with chicken to hardly any, but it's still my favourite choice. French fries were good but not as crispy as usual. My husband really enjoyed his chicken and rib combo.

I can't even remember ever having such horrible service at a restaurant. 6+ staff members from what I could see from my seat facing the kitchen, and it took us at least 50 minutes to get our food in a restaurant with maybe 2-3 other patrons. I understand we came in around 6:30, but that's still like 1.5 hours before the close and I cannot fathom why it took so long.

My food was very good, I ordered the White Meat Quarter Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and a dinner roll on the side. The chicken was a good portion size and the chicken was juicy not dry. The mashed potatoes and gravy was delicious, very nice flavor. The service was a bit slow and no one came to check to see if we needed anything. Overall a decent experience.
