Stars are for my dr who is wonderful. But the way the clinic is run is a whole other issue. They tell you to call between 830am-9am if you need a same day urgent appointment. I called 3x and left a message. I did not receive a call back.I called back in the afternoon only to be told appointments are all booked up and I'd have to go to a walk in. Seriously!This is for my young child who is unwell.It's not the first time this has happened.Also, on their website it says they are now FHO as well as walk-ins 7 days a week for Urgent Medical Needs. But that's not what they're following.The secretaries all say different things. It's very frustrating as a parent..as a patient.I hope they fix this or I'll have to take my family else where.

Just wasted 2 hours waiting with my 85 year old mother for her first appointment with Dr. Zhang at this clinic. The clinic made a mistake and incorrectly put my mother's appointment on another date and time. Instead of taking some responsibility, the staff and Dr. Zhang made us wait for almost 2 hours, only to be told that he was going to make us wait further. I have one thing to say to the staff and Dr. Zhang, think of the patient first and be humble. After waiting for so long, my mother was exhausted and I had to leave. They made the error but why is it the patient who has to pay for the consequences? I do not recommend this place to anyone. Find another doctor and clinic, where patient care actually means something.

I've been going here for years now as well as my parents and 2 siblings and we all love it. Dr Ruben is our primary and he is absolutely a lovely person and amazing doctor. Recently I also saw Dr Woo to have an IUD placed which I was very scared for. She was extremely professional, warm and explained the whole procedure and what to expect before we even started, and made it very clear that if I'm in too much pain we stop. Both doctors are amazing and would recommend 100%.

My rating is for Dr. Woo. She has been my family doctor for a couple of years now and she's given me the best care and referrals. She listens, is attentive, kind, and honest.I like the secured email system that they use for doctors to communicate messages, requisitions, etc.This medical clinic has a pharmacy attached and they also do bloodwork onsite, which to me is convenient.

Loved this place when they first opened. My whole family went here. Recently when you call, they say they are no longer a walk in clinic and can't help you but their website states Walk in clinic, on the front page of their website. So I am a little confused. If you are not a walk in clinic, you should remove this from your website. False advertising?

Doctors are great, it's too bad the receptionist are so rude and disorganized. The receptionist asked personal questions about my health and appointment details, as if to triage the importance of my appointment. It's an absolute disgrace that a receptionist would determine the severity of my health issue and pretend to be a doctor and seek to understanding the reason for my appointment to determine if the doctor should see me.

This clinic has some of the rudest staff, whether on the phone or in person. Just recently, I had to reschedule my appointment because of an injury, they told me my appointment is tomorrow, I show up the next day and the girl tells me my appointment isn’t today, it’s tomorrow. I told her that wasn’t what I was told. There was no apology for their staff making a mistake. She looked at me and said “ok but it isn’t today” such rudeness in her tone. Not only was I given the wrong information because of their carelessness but when I did show up, they were incredibly rude. They have no training on how to actually speak to clients. I am only here because I do really like Dr. Zhang but their receptionists needs a lot of training on how to talk to patients...

For my family doctor, laura woo I would give this place a 5/5.However, there is this one receptionist (she is senior and works late) who is so callous and unempathetic. I had come 30 mins late to my 4 weeks old baby's appointment. I was ready hours before but my husband, who i reminded multiple times, was stuck in a meeting. Anyways, i had given a heads up to the clinic.When i finally arrived, the receptionist wouldnt even take my concerns and told me to leave right away. My son had an eye infection and I knew it was serious. She still wouldnt bother. I even explained to her my reasoning and that i have never been late before. She responds with telling me to go to an ER when i was already there and just needed a prescription. I told her i wouldnt leave and this kept going on until Dr.woo interfered and gave me a prescription. As always, doctor woo was very understanding and kind, and I sincerely apologized to her. Even the people there who witnessed this came to me afterwards and told me how awful and difficult the receptionist was being with me.If she is in a place to SERVE PEOPLE like a clinic then she needs to do a better job at recieving people, otherwise, she is clearly working as a profession in the wrong field.I think i remember her telling me that she did not have any children which makes complete sense because how else can any person tell another person with a newborn to come 1 to 2 week after when its been communicated that the newborn is unwell. Unbelievable.

Lost my appointment booking 3 times in the 1.5 years I went to them and then told me that bookings were full for the day after I spent 1 hr in transit to see the doctor. The Reception of this clinic is just incompetent, unprofessional, and unempathetic. To be a receptionist you at least need to have a basic understanding of English and/or understand how to use the computer system to book appointments. I'm relieved to be changing Clinics, Good Riddance.

Doctors are great and helpful with your health needs. I really do like their system where if your primary doctor is unavailable then you can book an appointment with another doctor. Super clean foyer with a pharmacy that have wonder staff behind the counter.However, the receptionist I get transferred to lately cuts me mid sentence and has a very aggressive tone. Someone hung up the phone without me even getting a chance to ask for some clarification on my appointment. Probably they were in a rush to help other clients, but their choice of tone is impolite. I’ve been coming to this clinic for 2 years now and many times I encountered a pleasant greeting, but for the last couple of months, the service at the front desk has been unfriendly over the phone.
