Bought the mixed box. First bite it was all grainy and when I looked at the date it was expired since 2013!!! I threw the whole box to the garbage. Probably gonna talk with fraser health authority if a store is allowed to sell this kind of stuff.

Bendick's Ice Cream Factory carries a wide variety of frozen treats, including many premium name brand ice creams at wholesale prices. We decided to go check them out to see what kind of deals we could find. The best deal we found was 4 for $10. We got to pick 4 different tubs of ice cream...all of them different brands, for just $10.I also couldn't resist buying a Melona brand Ube ice cream bar for $2, so I could try it right away. Simply the best ice cream in the Lower Mainland at extremely cheap prices. I can't think of another shop that rivals the quality this place produces for the price. Not all flavors are made equal. Amazing coconut and black sesame ice cream.

I deeply regret not having read the reviews prior to my visit. I made the mistake of purchasing a box containing 20 items, assuming it was a great deal, only to discover upon returning home that 8 out of the 20 items were expired. To my disbelief, 3 of these items had actually expired in 2017, and the rest in 2020 despite my purchase being made in 2023. Additionally, I found 5 out of the 20 items to be fully open and suffering from freezer burn. As a result, I had no choice but to discard all of them. This entire experience has left me profoundly disappointed, and I intend to report this matter.

Do not go here, all the ice creams are opened, they all have freezer burn because the packaging is all open. I bought a pack of 20 and 7 of them were all open and inedible. I bought them in March of 2023 and found ice cream that expired in 2021. I’ve attached pictures below. Do not go here. Spend that extra dollar and go to the grocery store where you can buy quality ice cream

Arrived at 4:55 and they are supposed to close at 5:00. They locked the door right as we arrived and my kids (4 and 7) knocked on the door and the man tapped at his wrist and shook his head. There were still customers inside!! When they unlocked the door to let the customers out, I explained we are here to quickly grab a cake for my son's birthday, he said we are closed". So rude and definitely not the way to treat customers. We definitely won't be back."
