Alyssa Kay Events came highly recommended to me by a friend who used her to plan her son’s birthday party. After debating whether or not I really needed a planner to plan my son’s birthday and thinking I could do it myself, I decided to book Alyssa and take the pressure of planning off. I couldn’t recommend Alyssa more. I literally handed her my guest list and she took care of everything else. Sent me videos of different venues, and planned every detail from food, theme, decor, cakes, purchased and wrapped loot bags, etc. etc. I felt like a guest at my own kid’s birthday party and it was 100% stress-free and worth every single penny. :) Book her, you won’t regret it!

We worked with Alyssa for our holiday installation at our studio. Alyssa truly blew us away with her vision, attention to detail and flawless execution. We provided her an idea of what we had in mind and she was able to take that and create a stunning mock up that she lived up to completely! She was extremely responsive throughout, providing updates along the way. She even MADE the beaded piece above the mantle in the pictures attached to make our dream a reality. We had a tight timeline to work with but she was able to work with us and stick to our budget! We will definitely be working with her again!

We made a last minute decision to find a wedding coordinator for our intimate wedding in the city and we couldn't have been happier with Alyssa. From the very start, she was extremely professional and her wealth of experience really helped bring everything together for us, she went above-and-beyond, working with all of our vendors prior to the wedding.
