Super unprofessional. 2 weeks ago, I showed up to see my family doctor, and I show up and this really rude receptionist blew her stack at me because I wasted time booking a day off work and she allegedly “called” me to notify it was canceled. I can confirm that the date they said they called was made up, and she rescheduled me, albeit with a lot of snarkiness.I show up 15 minutes ahead before my appointment, and I explained to my boss I’d be back to work within 2 hours. An hour has now passed, and I’m still sitting in the same exam room I have been for the last hour. It’s not even busy, maybe 8 cars in the parking lot.The staff don’t take it amongst themselves to stay on track, but would rather obnoxiously laugh and ignore clients. At the time of this review, I have counted 23 incidents of them simply walking by, occasionally making popping sounds with their lips, and what sounds like them not doing their job whatsoever.

Last April, i was booked May 8,1pm, for an appointment with my family doctor. I came 20 minutes early because i don't want to get canceled again for being 5 minutes late.So i came to the clinic at 12:40 pm, and just noticed that my name is not on their list. They wanted me to show the appointment card (my bad, i forgot to bring it), but as per conversation with the receptionist, even if i provide the card, they will not accommodate me. I took a day off in my job because i know this appointment is very important to me as i am feeling uncomfortable with my health.Good thing, my doctor went out of his office and took time to see me. He even apologized for what happened. Thank you, Dr. DAVIDS. But the girls in the reception????? None of them did. It is their negligence. Things happen, but a simple apology?? They never did!!!So next time, to all the clients, don't trust the appointment card that they give. Before leaving that clinic, make sure your name is in their system!!!And to the coordinator who did this, thank you for wasting my $$$ for this s--t!!

I've come to this medi clinic sporadically for different issues throughout the years and have always seen different physicians, all treated me with kindness and compassion.The facility is clean and spacious, with a lab, and x rays. There is a recommended mask policy now although I forgot mine there was no issue with getting in to see a physician today without it. I was in two days ago as well and waited less than 15 minutes to get into a room, today again it seemed quite busy, but they placed me in a room within 20 minutes. I arrived at 12pm and it is now 1:11pm and I am already done seeing the physician which is impeccable timing without an appointment!The pharmacy attached to this clinic has the same professionalism and are fast and efficient in getting your meds in your hand and you out the door.Overall one of the best clinics in Saskatoon in my opinion as a life long resident.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Arrived 20 minutes after the clinic opened and was quoted 45 minutes to an hour. I asked if I could wait in my car and they told me yes but they won’t call me when it’s my turn like most other clinics will do. So I waited and by the time I finally saw a doctor it had been 2 and a half hours. They also quoted everyone an hour and an half wait except at one point I had counted 17 people come in with only 1 person from the waiting room being called in and the wait time never changed so their receptionists are lying to people or don’t know how to do basic math. Also, there is no type of required masking like most medical clinics and the only sanitizer they had available was completely empty. Will not be coming to this walk in again nor will I ever recommend it.

Went in 3 weeks ago right when it opened. Was told 1t minute wait turned into 5 hours. Never left my chair the entire time as was told will not call or contact you when it is your turn so you better not miss out. Got a 3 minute meeting with the doctor referred to a ultrasound. Nothing back from the results after a week and still in pain and doctor and clinic not answering calls. We live in a 3rd world country lets face it!

Tried this place for the second time. Went yesterday snd waited for over 90 minutes when I decided to leave. Today I got there 20 mins before the clinic opened. I was the fourh in line. It still took 40 minutes to get into the waiting room, then I was waiting in rhe exam room for 30 minutes! When the doctor walked in he was rude and said he did not cooperate with naturopathy and this was disrespectful of his profession and refused to give the blood work requested never going back Dr. was Dr. Jace steplewski

I called to ask if a doctor in the clinic was excepting new patients, I was on hold for over an hour. They NEVER answered my call. There has to be a better way to get this information out to people without putting them on hold.for hours.

Walk in clinics these days are usually a rough experience so I was not expecting much when I walked in here. I will gladly eat my words as my experience here was outstanding! The receptionist was beyond friendly and actually gave me a rough estimate of how long the wait would be and suggested I could leave for a bit, which I did, when I returned she informed me that they had just called my name and she would get me in right away, which she did, and finally my dr was 10/10. I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience here. Wish my family doctors office was this pleasant.

My doctor., Dr. Saxena is excellent. She does her job well and is very thorough. The vast majority of the staff is friendly and nice. Only once have I encountered a not so nice doctor when I had to take my mom there while she was visiting Saskatoon. Nevertheless, I always recommend this clinic to my family and friends when someone is sick.

My doctor goes here. And i love him. I will follow him everywhere. However, there is a receptionist that works at this location who clearly needs some help with her job. I found out I was pregnant, and as I got to the clinic I had to pee so bad. I simply went to go ask if I could get a cup to pee in cause I couldn’t hold it anymore - she looked at me and said, “were you in line?” I said, “no but I just had a quick question” and she said, “then get in line and wait, I’m only one person!!!”. I literally started crying because it was so embarrassing and traumatizing. The lady she said it to actually said, “it’s okay she can ask”, and the blonde receptionist completely ignored that and said, “I’m here to help you - not her”. She completely robbed me of a good experience of finding out I was pregnant. Then shortly after, she called me and was so rude to me over the phone I actually hung up. This woman SHOULDNT be working with public with the attitude she has. It really screws with a persons mind set of a medical clinic that’s supposed to help you, and they’re the complete opposite. I honestly stress out every time I go in there because of her. Terrible. The only reason I return is strictly Dr. Raj.
