Usually, I'd recommend this store. However, in a covid environment, they haven't apapted well. They expect you to buy clothes without trying them as they've closed their changing rooms. A great way to push people towards online vendors like Amazon...

They should close their store and only sell online. No customer service but 100 employees in the stores doing nothing. It says store closes at 9 pm but they start closing the store at 8:30 and don’t think youre aloud to try anything… changing room closes at 8:40. Just close your store or offer better service and make sure to replace that manager Sam. Horrible attitude who yells at customers!!Yes Sam the manager at Rosemere h&m!!!

I brougth back a sweater that had a defect. As the cashier was putting it back on a hanger I told her that the sweater was defective. Her answer to me was it doesn't matter

Good place for anyone who look for good looking cloth ang good prices (for man) dunno about women side, but seems to have much more kind if style than for man (like alway)
