Very poor and slow service and VERY RUDE employees! Ordered an iced coffee, it was too bitter so I asked for an extra syrup and milk/cream but the lady who I believe is the manager told me that she cannot do anything about it and the guy who was not wearing a proper uniform, no name tag, no hat and just wearing a plain black tshirt told me that he'll charge me an extra for the milk/cream next time. I know there's a reason why they cannot take my cup of coffee but it is so easy to resolve this kind of issue without being sarcastic with the customer! Both of them cannot handle a little conflict in a very nice way, they even looked at each other and make faces. And because i'm complaining about it the lady even told me to call the head office. If I can give a --10 stars I would do it. Do not work in a fast paced environment if you guys cannot handle a very small complaint where you can easily fix it and do not have an approachable attitude.

You can tell this location is well run. Always clean and fast service. Highly recommend going here over other locations.

if there’s negative stars i will give them -10. very poor customer service. managee or cashier arguing with customers and dont know how to handle. We came to this place to eat and hoping that service would be great but not. Very disappointed with the two staff who is also talking on their own language which i dont mind. Just because of a mistake of the cashier you lose a sale plus customer. I know you guys dont care anyways. But yeah not a great service restaurant and very rude customer service as per my opinion. Not even smiling. Sorry but im not sorry for that guy who doenst know how to handle angry customer. F@*K u

The staff are always extremely polite. As far as I am concerned, this place is the NICEST restaurant in town, paws down!!!

Ordered a smoothie, watched them put it into the machine and was then not served for over 15 minutes.Ridiculous. I ordered one smoothie. That should not take more than 3 minutes tops. This is mcdonalds. Not fine dining...

This place is very dirty today. No staff come out to check lobby out. Garbage bin is so full. Floor is dirty, the lady looks like a manager there is also rude. Very bad experience today at Walmart McDonald’s in South Regina.

A bit of a disappointment for customer service. I watched a gentleman bring up his slushy drink and say there was a hair in it. The girl at the till only said she'd get him a new one. No apologies or eye contact. When she got the new one she didn't even look for the guy she just set it on the counter and walked away. My order was only fries and a drink and I waited for over ten minutes. Very strange but my male server apologized for the wait and wished me a good day. Not the best experience during this visit.
